Qualifications

POSITION SUMMARY:

Must be able to communicate in a professional manner to all personnel, visitors and vendors. Must understand importance of positive communication with public, dealing with diverse group of individuals on a daily basis. Ability to organize, communicate effectively in writing and orally in the English language, follow instructions, tolerate interruptions, and work independently with minimum supervision.Must be able to maintain confidentiality of patients, families and staff. Must be able to be flexible with scheduling; rotating shifts as necessary. Computer skills, data entry, word processing, and spreadsheet development / maintenance.

EDUCATION: Required: High School diploma or equivalency. Some college preferred.

LICENSURE / CERTIFICATION: NONE REQUIRED.

EXPERIENCE: Required: Reception / phone experience in a professional setting. Data entry experience using various software applications.

Preferred: Previous experience on a multi-line phone and 6 months general office experience preferred.

Work Hours: 1pm - 8pm, Monday through Friday.
