The Prj Mgt & Plng Opns Rep Sr Stf will provide support to a critical program. They will be responsible for requirements analysis, vendor interface, procurement, tracking and delivery, packaging, shipping, and delivery of customer material. The Prj Mgt & Plng Opns Rep Sr Stf will also perform government property management for the accountable equipment assigned to the contract. There will be significant customer interface. Close coordination with Project Managers/Technical leads will be required.
Manages/Supervises 10-15 Engineers. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Ensures that projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Frequent contacts with internal personnel and outside customers and industry peers at various management levels concerning operations or scheduling of specific phases of projects or contracts. Conducts briefings and participates in technical meetings for internal and external representatives concerning specific operations.

Basic Qualifications:
- (14) years of experience working as a Logistician/material manager/procurement professional.
- Experience with line item receiving and inventory processes
- Experience with property management & Government Barcoding Procedures
- Experience in maintaining annual inventory records and performing annual inventory audits & reports
- Able to process requisition orders and maintain Microsoft Excel and Access databases to supervise, analyze and prepare CAP & Property Reports.
- Familiarity with MS Office tools, especially MS Excel and Word
- Experience in International Shipping and ITAR regulations
- Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment where multitasking is needed. Some extended work days, off-hours support, weekends and holidays support may be required by the mission.
Desired Skills:
- Experience working in the classified intelligence community.
- Ability to make timely and sound decisions and understand the financial impacts of decisions and actions of the team.
- Experience in SAP/ERP, and/or P2P software applications is helpful.
- Strong presentation skills (both oral and written) will be necessary to support program requirements
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Management.
- Knowledge of FACTS/AM.
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
- Knowledge of work relations/customs with local customer desired.
