Manage Supplier Quality globally for Raw Material-Toller-JV-MRO-Carrier-Warehouse & Terminal 3rd party vendors
Responsibilities:
Applicable to Raw Material, Logistics, Toller or MRO suppliers--globally at CE.
Strategic:
1. Manage, Develop, execute and align processes needed for IS0-9001 or IATF 16949 or ISO 13485 certifications globally for supplier quality management processes.
2. Identify or Manage or Support any OFI's associated with supplier quality improvement.
3. Supplier development plan (Audits/PFMEA's/RMAP process support). Develop qualification parameters for new vendors and logistics suppliers in conjunction with T&I and Procurement.
Tactical:
1. Develop, implement, manage or drive as needed activity associated with implemented supplier management processes.
2. IATF Audits support as needed from outsourced processes perspective globally. Ensure closing of gaps on identified OFI/Non-conformances.
3. Ensure all Procurement personnel supporting IATF audits are clear on potential questions and processes satisfying the same.
4. Ensure all Raw Material or Toller high severity QN's are validated within 3 days for accurate severity assessment, and further support QN coordinator/or drive QN to effective resolution.
5. For all High severity QN's for Raw Materials & Tollers--ensure there is CAPA created and managed (&) a one-pager is created and maintained for the same.
6. Maintain KPI table accuracy
7. Support developing/delivering QN Training
8. QIT teams management (Internal and with suppliers)
9. Manage and execute Supplier audits.
10. Implement formal Management Reviews (following criteria of ISO and IATF) on SQMthink about what we need to supplement our Management reviews from a ISO/IATF standpoint.
11. Lead supplier quality activities like supplier audits, root cause from raw material suppliers & monitor progress of suppliers
12. Support quality KPIs and drive continuous quality improvement, support and lead quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
* Knowledge of developing, implementing and executing against supplier quality management activities
* Working knowledge of SAP, SharePoint and ERP systems & related nomenclature of FERTS, BOMS..etc
* Excellent data analysis and related tools (excel/minitab) use skills.
* Working knowledge in use of PFMEAs and Control charts
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Understanding and preferably certified in conducting ISO-9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485 standards
* Experience in project management. Preferably AGILE/SCRUM type project activity.
* Responsive-Ownership aptitude
* Excellent facilitation/leading skills for CAPA activity using 8D tool.
* Ability to influence without authority
* Leadership skills
* Required Years Experience:
* 10 years work experience in a manufacturing environment, with a minimum 5 years of experience in a Supplier quality management.
Required Education:
* A Bachelors degree in science, engineering or a related technical discipline
