Job Description
Avery Dennison is looking for a Customer Integration Specialist for our Digital Ink Solutions (DIS) business based in North America!
In this role, you will ensure an outstanding client on-boarding experience for all DIS growth opportunities to allow maximum efficiency for both the client and the DIS business. In addition to facilitating the client experience as the subject matter expert across the enterprise, this role will also utilize the tools and philosophies of ELS (continuous improvement) to identify and accurate internal system and process inefficiencies with a long term goal of achieving the flexibility and agility vital to accelerate scaling of the business. This role will also be the central focus for the organization for product identification and change management.
You will work under the leadership of our Plant Manager and will be based at our location in Painesville, OH. To be successful, you should have experience in the Ink Jet Inks industry with a strong aptitude for managing multiple projects and tasks. You should also have a real passion for collaborative work in a team-based environment.
Primary Responsibilities & Essential Functions
* Act as the primary interface between Commercial, R&D, Finance, Customer Service, Regulatory, Credit, Customer Setup and Production as well as associated direct customer facing activities for all DIS growth opportunities.
* Lead the internal order fulfillment systems integration for the crossover from Development to Commercial execution of new product / ink recipes.
* Facilitating client systems setup, product number development, credit establishment and other systems needs for the execution of all related client on-boarding activities ensuring a smooth, quick and effective first order execution process.
* Be the subject matter expert on all internal and external processes/systems which are required to effectively realize growth opportunities. Includes but not limited to: setup vendors, raw materials, quality specifications, procedures, labeling, purchasing, logistics, shipping, etc.
* Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives across the enterprise to refine and improve processes/systems and continue to make customer experience positive and seamless.
* Develop into the main point of contact for both external and internal clients for DIS portfolio. Develop into the product identification resource and product change communicator.

Qualifications
* Experience in the Ink Jet Ink industry
* 2+ years' experience in an external-facing role
* Desire to learn Inkjet Chemistry, Technology and Industry marketplace
* Experience managing projects
* Excellent organizational skills; must be able to demonstrate ability to manage multiple, simultaneous tasks
* Excellent communicator (both in oral and written communication skills)
* Possesses high level technical skills to understand client requirements, issues and technologies
* Good Google Suite skills
* Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus
