Software Systems Engineer, Mid

Key Role:
Leverage specialized expertise in multiple software and systems products, planning upgrades, capacity, and performance. Plan and manage design, testing, and coding and communicate changes and upgrades and associated systems documentation updates. Interface with other system support groups to resolve problems, set standards, and improve overall efficiency of the operating systems. Design, code, test, and implement tools for operations automation. Work on most phases of software systems programming applications and require instruction and guidance in other phases. This position is located in Washington, DC.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with software engineering

-Experience in working with a variety of Microsoft Products, including Windows

-Knowledge of a wide variety of programming languages, including C, C++, Python, and JavaScript

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with the DoD and operational missions

-Experience with automating processes and API integration a plus
