* Bachelors Degree in Business or related field required
* Understanding of the norm ISO9001:2015 and 2 years minimum leading QMS for ISO9001:2015 Certifications in a global company, ISO17025 is a plus
* Excellent writing skills, ability to develop procedures for QMS
* Lead Auditor certification for ISO9001:2015
* Proficient with use of Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Microsoft project, QMS ETQ is a plus
* Proactive and self-motivated
* English speaking (with French as a second language if possible, but not essential)
* Lean Six-Sigma Greenbelt is a plus

What Youll Do
As a HTAS Quality Management Systems (QMS) Global Quality Manager, youll be part of our (Center of Excellence) Corporate Quality team located in New Britain, CT.
In this role, you will identify best practices for Quality Management Systems (QMS) across Hand Tools, Accessories and Storage (HTAS) manufacturing sites. Develop and improve documentation focusing on standardization and simplification of QMS. This position will support 28 manufacturing sites and 4 distribution centers across 13 countries.
Responsibilities
* Identify and facilitate sharing of best practices relevant to the QMS across all HTAS Sites
* Create/improve QMS Documentation for HTAS, focus to standardize and simplify QMS Documentation
* Coordinate the management of documentation by the use of ETQ (QMS system) from Global policies to site specific documentation. Will drive the use of ETQ for the internal ISO Audits management and Corrective Actions
* Drive and coordinate Multi-sites ISO Certifications for HTAS
* Lead activities to optimize cost for Quality management certifications
