Position Specification Executive Compensation Analyst, Officer
The Executive Compensation Analyst will be responsible to support the design and administration of State Streets global executive compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities
Support all aspects of the preparation and distribution of materials for meetings of the Human Resources Committee (HRC)
Support the planning process for development of HRC meeting materials including agendas and internal/ external review meeting schedules
Analyze, summarize, and provide implications/recommendations on current and potential executive compensation programs
Provide support for the development and administration of total compensation communication materials to executives which may include retirement plans, perquisites and all other executive benefits
Ensure the design and administration of compensation programs are in compliance with internal governance issues. Understand the global and in-country implications of executive compensation
Work with outside consultants and internal legal, risk, and finance organizations in the development and implementation of compensation programs and the communication thereof
Provide support for the design and administration of Board of Directors compensation program
Requirements
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint required
An exceptional standard of quality: this role requires significant attention to detail, strong organization and project management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and accountability for excellent results
Deadline driven and ability to prioritize multiple projects
Excellent people skills with an emphasis on careful listening, relationship building, and strong written and oral communications
