The GTFS - Programs team is looking for an experienced finance leader who is passionate about impacting Microsoft growth strategy, products and technology adoption, launching new solutions and building strong internal and external partnerships across the world. You will lead a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and sustain solutions to support Microsoft's partners and customers. * Lead engagement with key Microsoft groups such as Devices, Cloud+Enterprise, Product Groups, and Stores to identify strategic initiatives with focus on where payment solutions can add value.
* Partner closely across GTFS, Finance teams and external partners to set up and manage global, scalable, efficient, and compliant payment solutions for sales support.
* Lead the design and introduction of payment solutions for product and service sales initiatives both for commercial and consumer customers directly, and through partners. Drive global Go-To-Market with global provider of payment solutions for large developed markets. Lead contract negotiation with finance provider, and oversee program roll out.
* Analyze industry and marketplace trends, impact of competition, and shifts in customer needs. Recommend and implement strategies capable of managing opportunities that such developments represent
* Leverage qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques to apply analytical frameworks and strategic business models to support business decisions
* Evangelize WPS products and solutions offerings and value-add to internal stakeholders and customers
* Drive focus on compliance first culture within your team and through the bank vendors
* Experience building and managing a team with a strong focus on diversity and inclusion.
* BS/BA or graduate degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field required
* 6+ years' experience within Microsoft, or other large multinational company
* Strong leadership experience in finance with a relentless drive for delivering impact
* Solid financial acumen and business judgment with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
* Experience in various business and sales models such as direct, partner, and subscription services is essential
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams to achieve results, strategic thinking and alignment and ability to act as an evangelist and catalyst to drive GTFS solutions
* Comfort with ambiguity and ability to function well in high stress environment with multiple competing deliverables with tight timelines
* Project management experience is necessary
