Microsoft's Enterprise Commercial CTO team works with strategic customers and teams across all Microsoft products and services to solve some tough industry problems.

Our multidisciplinary prototyping team partners with companies to digitally transform their business while solving industry specific problems.

We leverage methods including design research, iterative design, co-participatory design as we identify opportunities where Microsoft cloud technologies can solve real customer problems. We build proofs of concepts to validate customer needs with the products we offer in a tangible and interactive way.

The person in this role will be part of a multi-disciplinary team and lead efforts within a single industry to help accelerate our Industry Cloud product offerings.

What you'll do:u202F

* * * Strategically work with product teams, marketing and industry strategy leaders to define the work teams will do to validate industry multi-capability scenarios.
* Contribute to the overall strategy as we tackle multiple industry clouds in parallel working closely with Engineering, Design and PM peers.
* Work with creative and technical peers to develop specifications, implementation plans and schedule of a project.
* Define, track and report on the execution of the project deliverables.
* Work with PM peers to drive ongoing evaluation of workstreams and optimization of production and operational systems.
* Provide leadership to workstreams and PM peer group.
* Work with partner teams to align workstreams to maximize impact.
* Maintain a strong network with partner teams to identify high impact work opportunities.
* Pitch new workstreams with clear objectives and key results.
* Organize and lead technical recurring meetings to better align technology decisions across organizations.

Qualifications

* 7+ years technical Program Management experience
* Azure, Power Apps, or Dynamics Experience
* Natural leadership skills and drive to lead by example
* Real passion for technology and customer-led design.
* Extraordinary organization and project management skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills (written, oral, and social).
* You thrive in a dynamic work environment and you want to make the biggest impact possible for the company.

Bonus Qualifications

* Experience creating prototypes and proof of concepts.
* Prior work in prototyping or R&D roles.
* Previous experience in IoT, AI, or Cloud computing.
* Ability to pitch and land new approaches and ideas.
