Role Value Proposition:

The position will ensure that governance assessments, and other risk activities are in alignment to the PRC, the industry, and to align with company strategy. This role will also interface with business stakeholders to facilitate the successful execution of audits and assessments done within IT.

The effective execution of this role will enable global stakeholders to understand how local and regional IT concerns affect them and be able to discuss these concerns with others throughout the enterprise in a way that reduces confusion and increases efficiency. Working collaboratively and effectively with offshore and contractor resources to accomplish these goals is expected. Coordination between this role and the business, application teams, database and server admins, and Internal audit is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

* Experience developing risk management procedures and documentation.
* Windows and Active Directory expertise to govern, review, evaluate, implement and maintain compliance checks against company servers and domains.
* Identifies data sources, provides data flow diagrams and documents the process.
* Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
* Performing quarterly SOX and SSAE18 reviews on ITGC controls by evaluating server/domain data in Microsoft Excel and working with technical partners to remediate issues.
* Works under general supervision; typically reports to a project leader or manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

Required:

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related field plus 4+ years of Windows and Active Directory experience from an Identity and Access Management perspective or no degree and at least 6+ years experience
* Familiarity with standard Active Directory and Windows concepts, practices, and procedures.
* Audit and compliance review experience with testing practices, policy checks and best practices.
* 2-4 years of IT work experience in information systems support, administration, risk management, and audit principles
* High proficiency in Microsoft Excel data evaluation and manipulation.
* Automation/Scripting experience using Python or SQL or other programming language.

Preferred:

* Other technical and compliance experience in MSSQL, AS400, UDB, and UNIX.
* Prior experience working and communicating with regulatory or internal auditors.
* Prior technical audit experience a plus.
