Come join the Leadership Edge team as we develop leaders to create the future of JPMorgan Chase. Reporting to the Head of Executive Development, the Development Executive will be responsible for developing senior teams at the executive levels of leadership across the firm and will partner with senior practitioners across North America, Europe and Asia to further build out the senior team effectiveness practice that launched in early 2020. As a thought-leader who brings consulting, leadership/executive development and team coaching experience, it is vital that the Development Executive demonstrates an exceptionally high level of facilitation skills, credibility at executive levels of leadership and the highest levels of professional excellence. This position will also partner with the broader Executive Program team to deliver senior team coaching and executive programs for executive talent across the firm. The individual in this role will play an important part in building highly adaptive franchise wide leaders and their teams, strengthening and broadening their ability to deliver long-term, sustained value for JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Core Responsibilities include:
* Design and deliver customized team development for senior executive level
* Partner to set the multi-year vision and strategy for senior team development at the firm
* Continually research and evolve the senior team effectiveness tools, practices and practice of expert practitioners at the firm
* Coach, develop and support practitioners across the firm, and partner on senior client development programs
* Relationship management with senior executives, HR partners and colleagues at Leadership Edge
* Evolve the integration of executive offerings including senior team development, Leadership Edges executive programs, and the overall development portfolio
* Evaluate and measure the ongoing effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
* Contribute to the design and delivery of executive development programs and experiences to build critical organization capabilities that are directly tied to the business strategy and the skills needed for leaders today and the future
* Serve as a key thought leader and incorporate internal and external best practices
Required Qualifications & Skills:
* Significant experience in facilitation, group dynamics and team coaching with at least 15 years focused on the topic of Leadership & Management
* Experience coaching senior executives, including with professional certifications (e.g. Hogan, Firo-B, coaching) and strong expertise in psychometrics
* Consulting and cross-industry experience at large, global and heavily matrixed organizations
* Masters-level education in one of the behavioral sciences, with strong preference for MBA or PhD
* Excellent leadership, interpersonal and relationship building skills
* Proficiency in virtual delivery and strong platform presence when returning to in-person team sessions with senior level groups
* Intellectually curious and able to challenge executives appropriately
* Demonstrate experience in working effectively in a multicultural and international environment
* Confidence, professionalism and executive presence in front of senior management audiences
* Program design for Senior Executives and areas of deep expertise (e.g. experienced key note speaker) will be a strong plus, and can include: Diversity & Inclusion, Wellness, Authenticity, Purpose-Driven leadership
* Experience managing and leading teams is a plus
