How You Will Make An Impact

As a successful CRM Data Governance Business Analyst, you will have in depth technical knowledge of Salesforce architecture and be passionate about data, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate is a change agent with prior experience in consulting or data management.

What You Will Be Doing

* Develop and maintain data cleansing reporting.
* Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity.
* Lead discovery sessions with key stakeholders to gather, analyze and document clear business requirements as needed.
* Analyze and recommend data modeling mapping, normalization strategy and design improvements.
* Execute data migrations and data quality efforts focused on completeness, standardization, and deduplication.
* Retrieve and analyze data using Data Loader, Excel and other data management/BI systems.
* Proactively identify and implement operational improvements and enhancements to meet data quality goals.
* Perform data entry and data management functions.
* Act as ambassador of the Salesforce CoE, change agent and champion of Salesforce to promote best practices.
* Project manage work streams to meet desired scope, timelines and quality and escalates issues for resolution and to mitigate risk.
* Facilitate meetings, schedule follow ups and responsible for minutes.

What You Bring To The SBD Team

* Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
* 3+years CRM system experience Salesforce.com preferred.
* Systems knowledge or ability to learn quickly: SAP, Business Warehouse, Salesforce.com
* Highly Proficient in all Microsoft Office Software, especially MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Demonstrated detail-oriented, self-reliant, problem solving skills.
* Demonstrated effective time management skills through managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Experience working with multi-disciplinary and geographically dispersed teams.
* Professional verbal and written communication skills with comfort in presenting to all levels of the organization.
* Knowledge of industry and business principles; Strong understanding of Commercial and Sales processes
* Master data / data governance experience
* Ability to Independently develop solutions that are thorough, practical, and consistent with functional or customer objectives
* Provide technical guidance or influence the work of others.
