Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for an Industrial Engineer to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in St. Augustine, FL
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing production master schedules.
Essential Functions:
* Analyze and designs sequence of operations and work flow to improve efficiencies in plant and production facilities and equipment layouts
* Establish methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel
* Complete estimates for cost center hours and durations
* Identify manpower requirements and skill set breakouts
* Develop production master schedules and conduct what if schedule exercises
* Assist in proposal activities relative to schedule, manpower and facilities/capacity.

Qualification
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor rsquo;s Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university and 2 years rsquo; relevant experience in engineering, manufacturing or scheduling or Master rsquo;s Degree in STEM discipline and 0 years of relevant experience
* Must have basic working knowledge of MS Office Applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project)
* Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret Security Clearance or higher
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor rsquo;s or Master Degree in Industrial Engineering
* Experience in AutoCAD or Visio layouts
* Active, In Scope DOD Secret Security Clearance
* Advanced excel knowledge, including complex formulas and macros
