JOB SUMMARY:
This customer facing position is the primary point of contact for owners, operators and maintenance personnel requesting support for Textron Aviation aircraft. Support requests will include, but are not limited to, technical parts questions, aftermarket programs, quote, procurement, claims processing and ordering of spare parts. Works with other Textron Aviation organizations/functional areas to develop and maintain a relationship with current and prospective Customers.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Works with Company Service Centers, Authorized Service Centers, Authorized Sales Representatives and owner/operators to provide viable solutions to meet Customer requirements and produce total Customer satisfaction.
2. Receive customer calls and coordinate all activities necessary to produce viable solutions in accordance with the Customer and company requirements.
3. Manages and administers standard domestic and international purchase agreements in accordance with Textron Aviation Policy and Procedures and applicable export laws.
4. Responds to sales proposals/purchase agreements and assists Customers in determination of specific requirements.
5. Act as liaison in the Customer request process, relative to equipment changes/deletions, and transmits price and delivery impact information to Customers.
6. Provides detailed spare part support solutions including, but not limited to:
1. Verifies/provides part numbers and required information in order for new parts to be set up in the parts database.
2. Communicate quote/pricing information to customers.
3. Coordinate with other functional areas as needed in procurement/expediting of time critical parts.
4. Prepare and enter orders into the parts database.
5. Review/assist in the selection of shipping methods for time critical shipments.
7. Provides coordination for the Customer with other Textron Aviation processes including but not limited to, order fulfillment and post delivery support to assure total Customer satisfaction.
8. Coordinate with Manufacturing on the building and delivery of customer parts.
9. Provides internal coordination with proper regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with foreign certification requirements.
10. May provide technical parts support to Textron Aviation Customers.
11. Coordinates requests for special and non-standard equipment.
12. Provides basic familiarization training to Customer on Textron Aviation processes and procedures.
13. May be responsible for additional CSP&P activities during off-shift coverage to include vendor expedites, factory expedites, and various other aspects of the business by coordinating closely with those CSP&P areas upon their return.
14. Monitor customer account status and follow-up with the finance department to correct any account issues.
