Egencia, the business travel arm of Expedia Group, is searching for a Marketing Manager, Digital Advertising to join our demand marketing organization.
Using data tools that integrate with our systems, you'll help with campaign targeting and deliver insights and business growth analysis and help marketing measure our effectiveness. This is a key role and an outstanding opportunity to help our global marketing team transform its culture and its processes via the use of data.
What you'll do:
* Own end-to-end coordination and management of demand generation programs including planning, promotion, execution, optimization, and reporting on paid media campaigns to drive inbound leads
* Lead demand generation campaigns across multiple digital channels including but not limited to paid search, paid social, retargeting/display, and content syndication
* Track campaign performance by audience segment, geo and program. Conduct routine and ad hoc analysis to understand top performance attributes and identify key insights. Drive improvements and innovation with the demand campaigns team
* Deliver regular reporting of lead pipeline, conversion rates and campaign performance across all channels
* Develop quantitative analysis, ad hoc reports, visualizations and models to support marketing decisions
* Support demand generation efforts for internal and external webinars and events
* Test and optimize new channels to expand reach and engage target audiences (e.g. podcast sponsorships, OTT, streaming audio, etc.)

What you bring:
* BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field or equivalent, and 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in planning, purchasing and optimizing SEM and Paid Social campaigns
* Deep analytical capabilities with the ability to provide evidence-based recommendations
* Experience with A/B testing and other testing methods
* Proficient in Salesforce, Google Ads, and Excel
* Familiar with Marketo, Demandbase, Outreach, Tableau, knowledge of SQL, Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript a plus!
