Our Function:
The Prudential Actuarial organization is currently planning and implementing a strategic portfolio of transformation initiatives within Actuarial and in collaboration with our Financial Management partners. Our transformation strategy will enhance Actuarials support of Prudentials business strategy, cultivate high impact talent, create a future-ready, inclusive culture and drive efficiency.

Our Role:
We are looking for an individual to fulfill a unique opportunity to be a Director of Transformation within Actuarial. We anticipate that this will be a two-year assignment responsible for helping to organize, drive, and report on our integrated transformation strategy across more than 30 department and cross-functional initiatives. This role will help to develop practices and the environment to drive change management, communications and culture to enhance the transformation mindset of all Actuarial associates. You will partner with the senior and extended leadership team across Actuarial, the Actuarial of the Future core team and other leaders across the Company. You will need to be organized, enthusiastic, and a great communicator, with strong analytical skills. Your knowledge about our business practices and desire to effect positive change will contribute to discussions and thought leadership with a group of like-minded professionals. What You Will Do:
Be agile, the tasks, projects, responsibilities may change but you are flexible and will drive for the optimal and efficient solution
Organize and track projects and initiatives across our portfolio of transformation activities in partnership with the members of the Actuarial leadership team and Actuarial of the Future core team, and internal and external partners
Create and maintain regularly recurring and executive reporting, communicating status, progress, targets, and metrics
Work with leaders to refine strategy, and create documents, presentations, and material to communicate that strategy
Organize and own the planning of transformation events

What You Will Need:
7+ years of experience in program or project management, and/or transformation leadership in a fast-paced industry
Strong experience building and maintaining relationships across internal and external partners
Highly organized and proactive, able to make decisions when faced with ambiguity and time sensitivity
Proven ability to communicate effectively, getting the message across both written and verbally
Strong analytical skills
Bachelors degree
