Reporting to the Global Head of KCP Strategy, this role is a leader in both strategy development and strategy execution. Work is strongly influenced by the President and CFO of KCP as well as global functional and business P&L owners. The Associate Director of KCP Strategy & Transformation is expected to be able to independently lead strategy development projects across a range of situations, including full business strategies for select markets/businesses as well as functional specific strategies, playbooks, and operating plans. The Associate Director will play a leading role in KCPs transformation program and operating system, including managing key initiatives that enable implementation of our Growth Agenda and OGSiM. The Director will have a small team of 1 2 analysts directly reporting but may manage a broader scope of team members depending on the project.

The position will be responsible for:
* Guide end-to-end strategy development and make adjustments to existing strategies based upon new learning and changes in the competitive environment.
* Play a lead role in the deployment and management of the KCP Operating System and Transformation Program Office
* Program and Initiative Design, Leadership and Change Management on projects identified through OGSiM/Growth Agenda or part of the KC transformation Missions/Battles.
* Analyze data for delivery of strategic projects via partnering with leaders across the enterprise; Interpret results from multiple project components and translate these finding into clear and compelling recommendations and solutions. Conduct interviews, lead brainstorming sessions, find critical business information, and help business leaders develop innovative approaches to their business
* Add personal insight, galvanize discussion and debate across the organization on key strategic issues, generating ideas and creative frameworks, and use a combination of facts, judgment, and personal impact to build credibility and influence outcomes.
Essential Knowledge/ Experience
* MBA from top-tier business school highly preferred
* 7+ years of business experience in strategy consulting, related business analysis, functional line experience within strategy, marketing, finance, operations, or sales analytics with a history of demonstrated business success.
* 2+ years of consulting experience with one of the blue-chip strategy consulting firms or comparable strategy consulting firm / function.
* Additional industry experience in a consumer-oriented (CPG, retail) company in strategy development, finance, marketing, or other role with strategic content highly preferred.
