The Corporate Accounts Marketing Manager (CAMM), Surgical Vision, is responsible for accelerating the adoption of Johnson & Johnson Surgical Vision (JJSV) portfolio through powerful execution of the corporate accounts strategic plan and localization of national agreements. The CAMM Marketing Manager will work closely with the US Corporate Account Teams, JJVS Customers and other functional teams within JJVS. This position also works with key corporate accounts customers to position the business as the partner of choice through delivery of customized marketing programs. This candidate will work closely with the JJVS US Marketing team and Field Management to design and execute marketing tactics to increase the number of patients treated with JJVS therapies.

Main areas of responsibility

* Support corporate accounts team with the development, execution and strategies related to fulfillment of bid requests

* Identify unique corporate accounts market opportunities to increase therapy and product awareness and ASC/Hospital marketing partnerships

* Evaluate and implement innovative business models (using approved guidelines)

* Lead the development and execution of a standard account conversion process, including supporting technology and tools.

* Develop and implement targeted corporate account outreach initiatives

* Address local market issues that limit corporate account access to JJSV therapies.

* Partner closely with local sales team to support localization of national agreements

* Develop and support communication infrastructure to communicate with corporate accounts during bid process and after contracts are awarded.

* Assist in the creation of Field Marketing assets, including promotional collateral and presentations

* Identify other areas where JJSV should develop and share best practices that improve efficiency

* Maintain appropriate sales analytics data and provide monthly and quarterly performance summaries on corporate account tactics and results

* Create strong relationships with relevant stakeholders including clinical and economical customers.

* Become a subject matter JJSV, JJSV therapies, and the patient journey.

Qualifications
Qualifications

* A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required; Masters Degree (MBA) preferred.

* A minimum of 5+ years of experience with implantable medical devices and/or surgical products

* In depth expertise with Salesforce.com, Tableau and GPO/IDNs/ASCs contracting is required.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills is required

* Ability to learn complex technology/clinical applications is required

* Excellent teamwork skills are required

* Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority is required

* Strong presentation skills are required

* Proven track record of sales, marketing or technical success with strong analytical skills (Functional knowledge with Microsoft Office, financial analysis and database exposure) are required

* Should be strategic-minded with excellent collaboration skills, problem-solving and decision-making skills is required

* Must be able to travel up to 50% is required
