Medical Device Supply Chain (Ethicon Franchise), a member of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies, is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst supporting Supply Chain Product Management and Global Surgery Gross Profit Analytics. This position can be based anywhere within the United States to be able to manage East Coast and West Coast time zones.

This is a high visibility role with opportunities to present to management including Global Marketing Finance, Global Commercial Platform Leadership, Supply Chain Finance, and Supply Chain business leadership.

This role will provide financial support and analysis of Gross Profit as well as the Ethicon/CSS Supply Chain Product Management organization.

Key Responsibilities:

* Analysis and consolidation of actuals and forecasted platform Gross Profits for key Medical Devices platforms. This is an essential new area of focus for Finance and the business in 2020 and beyond.
* Creation of rolling GP bridges to bring insight into the past and foresight into known headwinds/tailwinds for the future
* New Product COGS / GP analysis, post-launch reviews, pre-launch GP analysis, presentations for senior management, industry benchmarking and strategic data analysis.
* Business partnership with cross-functional finance (i.e. GSM) and business teams (i.e. PM, SC, R&D;, etc.) for areas of responsibility
* Own responsibility for the Ethicon/CSS Product Management creation, consolidation, maintenance, and presentation of budgets to the leadership team and preparing business recommendations based on the analysis of these budgets.
* Supporting Product Management through forecast cycles (i.e. BP, JU, NU)
* Project cost estimates, capital appropriation analyses & facilitation of operational improvement
* Month-end close responsibilities (journal entries, headcount, capital result reviews and corporate submissions)

Qualifications
* A Bachelors degree is required, preferably in Accounting, Finance or related business field
* A minimum of 3 years of accounting, finance or business-related experience is required
* Cost accounting experience is preferred
* An MBA, CMA and/or CPA is preferred
* Strong analytical, financial modeling and accounting knowledge is required
* Proven ability to influence key stakeholders and challenge the status quo while operating with an enterprise mindset is required
* Proven track record of influencing/leading peers and business partners and interacting with Sr. Management is preferred
* Strong communication, project management, presentation and framing skills is required
* Ability to make independent decisions and manage simultaneous deadlines is required
* Proficiency with MS Excel required
* Proficient skills and experience in enabling systems such as Alteryx, Power BI, and Tableau strongly preferred
* This position can be based anywhere within the United States to be able to manage East Coast and West Coast time zones and may require up to 5% domestic travel.
