Looking for highly a motivated individual that has experience in database security, logging and monitoring of database systems to be part of a team of information security engineers. This position will implement database activity logging and monitoring, develop, test and support database auditing, activity monitoring and security tools. This role will perform the implementation, provide support and identify events along with development of filters to assist in the identification of significant audit events. This position works closely with the database and security engineering teams for requirements gathering and support of the security tools and reporting.

This role will allow learning and growth on our database platform and security technologies.

**This role will provide daily production support and requires the ability to rotate through an on-call schedule and may include evening and weekend work.

Required Qualifications
* 3+ years of technical documentation and publication experience
* 3+ years of experience writing or updating business documents such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), testing matrices or scenarios, user guides and procedures
* 3+ years of technical troubleshooting experience
* 3+ years of SonarG/DCAP or IBM Guardium database activity monitoring experience
* 5+ years of information security applications and systems experience
* 4+ years of information technology applications and systems experience

Desired Qualifications
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
* Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
* Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
* Knowledge and understanding of database auditing and administration
* Knowledge and understanding of database and application security planning and architecture
* Scripting and automation experience
* Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Other Desired Qualifications
* Knowledge of impact analysis, and risk analysis as they apply to extremely complex applications
* Experience with interpreting requirements and implementing Use-Cases
* Capacity to develop a clear understanding of the business needs and incorporate these needs into technical solutions

Job Expectations
* Ability to work on call as assigned
* Flexibility to frequently be on call beyond normal working hours

Salary Information
The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
