Consumer Marketing Manager, In-Product Campaigns

Our teams goal is to fundamentally change how people feel about and use the Facebook App. We demonstrate the value of Facebook App in peoples lives by telling the brands story that is anchored in product proof points and showcases the best that Facebook App has to offer, through scaled global integrated marketing campaigns. Were looking for a strategic, results-oriented marketing manager, with a strong background in driving decisions through quantitative data and insights to join our nimble team. Your job will be to build and deliver in-product brand marketing efforts, as a core pillar of our FB App global integrated marketing campaigns. Consumer Marketing Manager, In-Product Campaigns Responsibilities

* Develop the strategy and drive execution for successful in-product programmatic marketing based on audience insights and segmentation, bridging brand and product marketing.

* Build positioning, messaging, and creative assets that drive our sentiment metrics using in-product surfaces, and drive data-driven analysis and optimization efforts to improve campaign performance.

* Build a rigorous test and learn program, and scale these efforts across multiple in-product channels including custom in-feed units, in-product landing pages, notifications, and navigation.

* Ideate new in-product branding opportunities with a world-class creative team and partner with product, product design, data science, engineering, and growth teams to bring these to life across FB App product surfaces.

* Tackle complex problems with a strategic mindset, create thoughtful recommendations and action plans for solving those problems and translate them into easy-to-grasp concepts.

Minimum Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience in marketing.

* Experience with product, growth, performance, CRM and lifecycle marketing.

* Experience in the consumer technology or internet industry.

* Experience with analytical and problem-solving skills and results-oriented.

* Experience partnering with and influencing cross-functional teams.

* Project Management experience.

* Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, startup environment.

* Communication skills, experience communicating to internal executive and product teams, as well as communications for consumer-facing audiences.
