Responsibilities

El Representante de Admisiones es el principal responsable de responder y gestionar adecuadamente las llamadas telefonicas entrantes; programar evaluaciones / citas de pacientes; crear y actualizar registros previos de pacientes, incluida la verificacion de beneficios y asesoramiento financiero; establecer ciertas expectativas para los pacientes con respecto a sus servicios y responder a las necesidades de informacion de los clientes. El Representante de Admisiones tambien colabora con el Departamento de Facturacion y el departamento de Revision de Utilizacion en varios asuntos relacionados con la admision.

Qualifications

* Bachillerato en Artes (trabajo social, psicologia, salud mental o un campo relacionado)
* Bilingue (preferiblemente)
* Disponible para trabajar turnos rotativos
* Experiencia en servicio al cliente
* Excelentes destrezas de comunicacion verbal y escrita
* Dominio en equipo de oficina (computadoras, maquina de fax, maquina de fotocopiadora y telefono)
* Discrecion, aplomo y la habilidad de usar el buen juicio en situaciones de estres y de emergencia
