The Phalanx/SeaRAM Finance Team has an opportunity for a Financial Analyst to support the programs DCS production contracts. These contracts are fixed price awards for the overhaul and upgrade of Phalanx Close-in Weapons Systems (CIWS) and SeaRAM systems for multiple foreign countries. This analyst will be the financial point of contact for program management and includes interactions with various function organizations including Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations. Qualified candidate may telecommute at management discretion.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

1. Creation and management of project budgets
2. Weekly cost reporting to program management
3. Generation and analysis of monthly metrics
4. Quarterly Estimate At Complete (EAC) development
5. Trend and variance analysis to plan
6. Labor and Material Forecasting
7. Utilization of various tools, including PRISM and APEX

Required Education:

* Bachelors Degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field of study is required

Required Experience & Skills:

* Minimum 4 years of work experience in finance or related field
* Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, graphing, etc.)
* Experience with analytical skills and financial acumen
* Experience with SAP (APEX) and Business Warehouse (BW)

Desired Skills & Experience:

* Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to communicate effectively with peers and leadership
* Demonstrated understanding of production, support, and discrete labor in a pooled production environment
* Demonstrated understanding of Raytheon material processes including PRISM, PRISM EV, and grouping, pegging, and distribution (GPD)
* Ability to meet critical deadlines and develop and apply solutions and process improvements
* Experience with Earned Value Management
* Advanced data analysis and mathematical skills are preferred
