Our team of talented engineers collaborates across disciplines from initial concepts to product sell off, integrates complex technology, debugs and resolves interface issues, evaluates system performance, demonstrates and sells off state-of-the-art products for areas including radars, command and control platforms, missile systems, and cyber defense. The Qatar Early Warning Radar (QEWR) is a phased array radar system to protect the air space. Upcoming activities involve local and international test events.

The QEWR Onsite System Integrator will be required to do extensive travel to Qatar during the Integration phase. They will be responsible for:

* Acting as a primary subject matter expert for onsite SI&T efforts in support of development of an early warning radar
* Leading onsite SI&T activities, including integration and test preparation, execution, data analysis, and issue resolution
* Motivating and Enable SI&T team to be able to effectively support SI&T activities
* Ensuring coordination with the overall QEWR Integration & Test Lead for alignment on test activities and key dependencies
* Providing key technical support for system integration and test activities through the development and implementation of both integration information sheets and system test procedures
* Providing early warning radar system integration and test subject matter expertise through operation of the radar, test execution, system anomaly identification / resolution, system performance assessments, and coordination across engineering functions in support of overall system capability development / checkout

Required Skills:

* Minimum of 10 years of Systems Engineering and/or System Integration, Verification & Validation experience
* Strong leadership skills and demonstrated ability to influence both top decision makers (internal and external), as well as the masses, without having large numbers of direct reports
* Experience in a technical role supporting early warning radar Integration & Test execution
* Excellent communication, technical writing, oral presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to collaborate across the organization and operate effectively within a matrix environment
* Solid grasp of systems of systems, interoperability, and system integration principles
* Experience with early warning radar Hardware, Software, and Integration and Test
* Ability to travel internationally for extended lengths
* This position requires an active Secret Security Clearance. Except in rare circumstances, only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

* Experience living and working in the Middle East with awareness of cultural norms
* Experience creating an effective partnering environment that emphasizes credibility, respect and trust
* Understanding of doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership and education, personnel, and facilities (DOTMLPF) required to accomplish a military mission
* Experience with the requirements and processes associated with obtaining export licenses
* System level experience with QEWR
* Familiarity with IPDS, internal reviews and Gate Reviews
* Expertise in System Integration, Verification or Validation
* Masters Degree in Engineering discipline

Required Education:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Science, or Mathematics. Advanced degree preferred.
