Weu2019re seeking several client services professionals to join our retirement onboarding team. Whatu2019s that? This team is the first impression of Principal after our sales teams work their magic. Youu2019ll take your client/customer service skills to new levels as you walk clients through the steps in moving their company retirement plans to Principal.

What can you expect day to day? As the liaison between Principal and clients, youu2019ll lead them through the details needed to successfully onboard their companyu2019s retirement plan. Hereu2019s a few areas youu2019ll focus on:

* Communicate clearly with and serve as the expert in helping clients, advisors and other partners understand the overall transition plan and whatu2019s needed at each step of the process.n
* Develop a timeline/project plan, provide timely status updates and schedule regular meetings with your client to discuss key deadlines, action plans and solutions for successful implementation. n
* Proactively identify issues and develop solutions to keep timelines on track while meeting the needs of the client. n
* Prioritize tasks and follow internal procedures to accurately detail work while coordinating time sensitive activities with other internal partners.nn

Qualificationsn

While we prefer those with related experience and/or knowledge of retirement plan, candidates will need:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. n
* Project management, decision-making, and negotiation skills.n
* Excellent relationship building and communication skills (verbal, written, phone, and presentations) n
* Creative and innovative thinking along with problem solving skills. n
* Ability to take initiative, be organized and effectively meet deadlines on multiple transitions. n
* High degree of accuracy, detail orientation and analytical skills. nn

This position can be done remotely if not in proximity to a local office. Candidateu2019s would need to have a dedicated work area, high speed internet access and ability to learn remotely.
