At Servco Subaru Maui, we provide top notch service to our customers. Are you a safe driver, efficient, and reliable? If so, we have a Utility Person position at our Servco Subaru Maui Parts department. You can be a key contributor to the success of our dealership and external customers by delivering parts and accessories in timely and safe manner.

Responsibilities:

* Receive and inspect parts to ensure correct parts were received and in sellable condition

* Check merchandise pulled against parts order to ensure correct items and quantities are being delivered

* Safely load and secure merchandise in the delivery vehicle

* Deliver merchandise to internal dealerships and external repair shops

* Obtain acknowledgement of receipt from customers, including payment from customers with COD accounts

* Clean and maintain delivery vehicle including adding fuel and checking tire pressure and fluids

* Immediately report any vehicle safety or maintenance concerns

* Perform warehouse duties including pulling parts, etc.

* Assist Parts Advisors as needed

* Assist Service department with greeting customers and performing vehicle check-in and walk around as needed

* Shuttle service customers as needed

Requirements:

* High school graduate or equivalent

* Minimum six months of delivery experience

* Auto parts knowledge and delivery experience preferred

* Valid drivers license and clean driving record

* Knowledge of Oahu streets and locations

* Strong communication and customer relations skills

* Computer proficiency

* Must be a team player, detail oriented, able to multi-task, and be safety conscious

* Must be able to work Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm
