Based out of Central Florida, we are an award-winning Smokehouse that continues to expand and grow. We specialize in smoked meats and savory homemade southern style sides, with influences from barbecue all over the country. Every position adds to the overall guest experience.

What we are looking for

Some responsibilities include, but not limited to:
* Cook and prepare food products
* Prepare menu items to recipe
* Communicate with the Middle Line and FOH on food levels/completion
* Assist other team members with any prep/cleaning
* Uphold 4R standard and quality of food
