JOB SUMMARY

Welcomes patrons, seats them at tables or lounge and helps ensure quality of facility and service. Must be completely familiar with all Food and Beverage departments, events, promotions and physical plant of The Eldorado

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Follow Sanitation Safety Procedures and Daily Sanitation Guidelines

* Utilize proper hand washing techniques

* Receive and record patrons dining reservations

* Understands and utilizes proper sequence of service

* Cooperative with fellow employees - will lend a helping hand if possible

* Maintains station and completes side work

* Punctual, reliable and adheres to work schedule

* Conforms to appearance standards set by Eldorado Hotel Casino

* Ensure that all guests have been paid for at entrance.

* Cashier can properly split checks, multi-tender checks, do room charges, comps, coupons and city ledgers.

* Hospitality- Smile, greet, serve, and thank the guest.

* Serve the guests in a respectful and positive manner.

* Be knowledgeable of other departments to inform our guests.

* Positive attitude and great appearance.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

* Must have the ability to provide our guests with excellent customer service, have excellent communication skills and observation skills, and have an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests.

* Be able to multitask and able to work under stressful situations.

* High School Diploma or equivalent

* Experience Preferred.

* Must have a permit to work in the United States.
