Northrop Grumman Space Systems Sector, Strategic Force Programs Division in Azusa CA, is seeking a qualified Senior Functional Manager 3- Supply Chain Planning, to support our global supply chain team.

The supply chain manager will operate in a growing and dynamic organization that includes both procurement and subcontract personnel. Individual must have great team-building and interpersonal skills that can effectively work in face-paced work environment. Individual must have strong problem solving skills with a strategic and innovation approach to supply chain challenges. Individual must have strong communication both written and oral and be able to effectively discuss issues/concerns along with solutions to program and functional leadership organizations.

Successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of FAR/DFAR government provisions along experience in government contracting consistent with supply chain policies and procedures. Individual must be a leader and able to motivate both senior and junior supply chain personnel to their potential. A successful candidate will be able to develop and implement long-term supply chain strategies amp; networks that address capacity issues, and production location decisions in support of business growth. Will get to support business execution of new programs and initiatives that include promotion activities, forecast and coordination for key events, new product launches, and network redesigns. Will get to monitor key performance indicators, analyzes cost-to-service performance data, and coordinate cross-functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives.

Qualification

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor rsquo;s Degree amp; 7 years of supply chain or procurement experience
* 5 or more years of leadership experience
* Ability to obtain amp; maintain a DoD top secret clearance (US Citizenship Required)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master rsquo;s Degree in a supply chain or business field
* Current amp; active DoD clearance
