Corporate Functions Marketing + Communications
As part of this team, youll play a key role in helping Accenture execute its strategy. Youll work with a diverse team of innovative marketing experts who focus on the following areas: global brand management and advertising; global events and sponsorships; internal communications; marketing research; media and industry analyst relations; corporate and financial communications; internet marketing; recruitment marketing; client-centric marketing; and industry, service line and geographic marketing campaigns.
YOUR ROLE: Chemicals & Natural Resources Industry Marketing Senior Manager
Marketing + Communications Senior Manager Chemicals & Natural Resources Content Lead
This marketing senior manager will lead the strategic thinking, overall positioning and messaging as well as marketing campaign design and execution for the Chemicals & Natural Resources content program.
Develop and execute global, multichannel, digital-first, content-led, issues-based integrated marketing strategies and plans to support Accentures Chemicals and Natural Resources practices:
* Conduct and analyze market/competitor/target client research as input to positioning and external industry content plans
* Lead the development of thought leadership and research, working closely with content owners, Accenture Research and subject matter experts across Accenture
* Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns related to thought leadership/research including managing all resources and third-party service providers (e.g. approved agencies, designers, writers) and program budgets
* Collaborate with the Campaign Management team and Client Group Marketers on marketing activations in priority geographies
* Create and develop marketing collateral, including sales brochures, asset development, online diagnostics, presentations, handouts, fact sheets, videos
* Lead the development of all digital marketing programs including blogging, Accenture.com pages, and social media related to the Chemicals and Natural Resources content program, working in conjunction with the digital marketing and social media leads
* Work closely with media relations team on key PR opportunities and analyst relations
* Define, track and report metrics to assess effectiveness of marketing programs and initiatives
* Provide marketing counsel to junior members of the team
* Plan and manage investment and/ or operations budget items in areas of responsibility
* Travel domestically and/ or internationally as needed
Qualifications
YOUR EXPERIENCE: Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or other 4-year university degree
* Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience with professional services/B2B marketing experience preferred

* Sensitivity to the cultural variances across different countries
