Ingram Micro is seeking a motivated and talented Social Media Coordinator Intern that is passionate about learning how to leverage social selling to generate leads and improve the partner experience. We welcome this candidate to join our 10-week PAID Summer Internship Program! We are looking for ambitious college and university students who are ready to expand their skills and apply them to meaningful work with a global organization.

The ideal candidate is highly familiar with content creation and distribution and has experience using social media resources such as LinkedIn and Twitter to communicate messaging. Scheduling the release of new content with the ability to maximize our target audience is essential to the role.

Essential responsibilities of your role:

* Proficient in using social media resources to target sales opportunities.
* Research target audience and discover current trends.
* Assist in formulating a social media strategy which correlates with our digital marketing goals.
* Post and share vendor content with sales teams.
* Segment content based on company solutions.
* Help guide partners through the buyer journey to bring awareness to Ingram Micros products and services.
* Content creation and distribution.
* Manage LinkedIn Groups.
* Track page analytics to create and share reporting with sales.

Knowledge, skills, and/or abilities you need to have:

* Business-Based Social Media Skills - Experience using LinkedIn and Twitter to identify and share business trends.
* Adobe Creative Suite knowledge.
* Adaptable must be able to pivot to ad-hoc requests.
* Marketing Experience familiar with SCRUM
* Video editing experience is a plus.
* Excellent project management and organizational skills.
