The Clinic Manager is responsible for the oversight and management of the Physician Clinic(s) daily operations. The Manager organizes, directs and performs activities on behalf of as well as in the clinic, reviews and maintains policies and procedures, collects data for quality improvement efforts, assists and reviews patient and staff education. The Clinic Manager serves as a liaison between the affiliated facility and the clinic and works in conjunction with the physicians/providers and clinic administration. The Clinic Manager receives guidance and direction from the Director of Clinic Services.

The Clinic Manager receives guidance and direction from the Director of Clinic Services.

Post-secondary education in healthcare administration, business management or related discipline is preferred.

Two (2) years of experience in physician clinic environment is strongly preferred. Experience in medical office billing and/or with health insurance is preferred. Progressive supervisory or management experience is strongly preferred. Demonstrated patient or customer relations experience is required.
