Job Description
The HR Analyst will function in a role supporting the BNI HR Business Partner team. You will work closely with HR leadership to provide accurate and timely data to be able to share the story and inform decisions. This information is critical in meeting our clients expectations as well as providing ABM senior leaders the information to make accurate business decisions. Essential Duties

* Detail-oriented and meticulous, analytical and resourceful, and have a passion for data
* Source and develop internally driven content relevant to the needs of our clients
* Maintain awareness of current trends in Data Analysis activities to smoothly and easily develop, update, and share information across the team
* Collaboration across HR teams to ensure relevant information is collected in a timely manner
* Coordinate/manage key project initiatives for consistency across IG
* Talent deployment, retention, turnover and internal mobility rates by time in role, Leadership Academy participation
* Partner with Talent Acquisition to report on key recruiting metrics like time to fill and hiring costs by geography, role,
* Analyze and summarize employees answers to internal surveys (ABM Voice/Kinsley Survey)
* Assess results from year-end performance reviews
* Partner with the enterprise BNI SHRLT to develop dashboards and reports to evaluate organizational opportunities, training and development, and effectiveness of earning solutions
* Partners to provide reporting and support annual HR process roll-out across the IG. (merit planning, performance reviews, talent reviews etc)
* Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree or related/equivalent work experience
* 2+ years of work experience as a Data Analyst (preference to HR generalist experience)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Must have Intermediate/Expert Microsoft Suite skills (specific to Excel and PowerPoint)
* Experience in troubleshooting and analyzing data issues
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others to achieve defined goals
* Excellent written and verbal skills
* Outstanding analytical and organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
* Data Certifications (Various Certifications or Certificate Programs) a plus
