Basic Function
Ensure the quality of work performed by OnSite Specialists is compliant with company and industry standards. Accurately assess individual performance and compliance according to contracted scope of work. Deliver employee in-services and reeducation that contribute to people development and delivery of world class customer service.
Responsibilities
* Support Field Operations through execution of quality strategy
* Audit OnSite employee performance quarterly and consistently
* Provide ongoing feedback surrounding quality strategy to aid in continuous process improvement
* Develop standard of work for new-hire OJT in collaboration with Field Operations personnel
* Document quarterly compliance results for internal and external use
* Understand customer needs and requirements for physically conducting field audits
* Communicate timely and accurate audit results to Field Operations and ProCare leadership
* Coordinate educational development of employees for areas of missed compliance
* Partner with the Field Operations team to proactively coordinate annual credentialing and educational refreshers
* Maintain organized and up-to-date internal and external credentialing and certification requirements for employees to ensure compliance
* Demonstrate extensive knowledge in the area of minimally invasive Stryker and 3rd party surgical equipment and instruments
* Establish and maintain required IAHCSMM certifications
* Execute other duties as assigned based on business needs
Physical requirements
* Medium work: Exerting up to 60 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
* Must be able to effectively use computer programs ( e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point ).
* Must be able to communicate telephonically.
* Must be able to use common office equipment (e.g. calculator, PC, fax machine, etc.).

Skills/Experience required
* Bachelors degree (B.S. or B.A.) in a related field
* Basic knowledge of Total Endoscopy systems, including Oracle, Agile and SLMS
* Minimum 2 years of experience in operating room and sterile processing supporting Stryker and third party minimally invasive instruments and equipment
* Possess CRCST certification through IAHCSMM
* Minimum 2 years of experience processing flexible endoscopes
* Travel Required: Up to 80%
