DISW Global Finance Operations Leader

Reporting to the CFO, this role will have broad global responsibility for the DISW Quote to Cash teams, and Business Process/ BPEP function Key Duties and Responsibilities Lead, inspire and provide strategic direction and operational management for a large, globally organized (circa 500+ Headcount) Finance Operation organization
Continue to develop, lead and re-imagine multiple globally based Shared Services Organizations with processes that are clearly aligned with the business strategy;
Overseeing the management of an AR portfolio of up to $500mill; putting processing and procedures in place to continue to drive reduction of DSO and aging improvement Experience with M&A activities and integration of key business processes into DI SW model Experience with business model efficiencies and re-structuring/ re-organization
Drive process improvement initiatives across areas of responsibility, anticipating and ensuring development and maintenance of robust, scalable capabilities to support the companys growth; tracking and measuring relevant targets, objectives and milestones, and delivering results;
Inspire the Global Quote to Cash and Quote to Order teams, and Business Process/ BPEP function, establishing goals, priorities, and business metrics
Person Specification The ideal candidate should possess direct industry experience (Software, Cloud) in corporations with sales in excess of $1 billion
Must be an effective manager who can support, challenge and inspire a globally organized and competent staff to rise to the next level of proficiency in their professional career, develop management continuity strategies and develop a strong team environment
Must have excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively (both written and oral) with all levels in the company
Possess sufficient competence, technical and operational experience and aspiration to challenge existing paradigms and discuss issues at high levels in the organization
Must be proficient in handling multiple complex issues concurrently with the ability to articulate and prioritize based on impact, to align course of actions and execute on timeliness
A team leader with a keen appreciation of interdependency among the Revenue Recognition, Credit and Collections and Order Processing functions of the Group as well as the ability to partner cross functionally to gain support and enlist actions Senior Leader who can manage director and executive level talents across the Quote to Cash and Quote to Order teams, and Business Process/ BPEP function

General DI SW Business Solution Architect (Big role including Technical and CRM processes)
Develop effective and efficient business processes, with high degree of automation including CRM (Salesforce), marketing, license management and ERP (SAP), supporting a business transformation to SaaS
Design an overall system target architecture and continuously develop tool landscape and interfaces to meet business needs during transformation
Act as sparring partner to business leaders to align business decisions with system capabilities, supporting a highly professional customer experience
Enable data mining and analytics to continually improve decision making and processes
FinOps (tailored to more finance tools, focusing on ERP and surrounding processes)
