As a Processing Associate in our Financial Advisor, Strategic Operations Department, you will serve at the center of client account servicing for Financial Advisor Services (FAS) through a variety of critical activities, such as; onboarding clients, transaction processing, client service, problem resolution, and relationship management. We provide mutual fund transfer agency support to FAS clients, as well as Institutional Only clients, 529 plans, International clients, and VIAS.
In this role you will:
Have the opportunity to provide exceptional service to our clients, develop operational workflows and problem solve. You will be processing transactions and reviewing documentation to ensure requests have been completed accurately and in a timely manner. You will work closely with internal business partners, management and project teams as a subject matter expert to drive positive change within the operations department and have a direct impact on our shareholders.
What it takes:
* Previous processing experience preferred.
* Comfort with ambiguity, sound business judgement and ability to apply critical thinking.
* Strong time management for a fast paced work environment.
* Demonstrated ability to interact with and influence others.
* Ability to build and maintain successful working relationships.
* Experience working in a New Ways of Working (NwoW) environment preferred or ability to demonstrate/learn NWoW principals of constant process improvement.
NOTE: We are currently working in a remote environment (work from home) but anticipate that we will be returning to the office 2nd or 3rd quarter of 2021.
