Workday & Service Now Integration Analyst
(Long Term Consultant Assignment)
Part of the HR Transformation program, News Corp is moving HR processes to Workday and Service delivery to Service Now. To provide a seamless experience to employees, managers and HR, ServiceNow will need to be Integrated with Workday. Looking for a senior Workday analyst who understands the HR and Technology space and be able to work independently with Senior HR and IT partners for designing end to end flow and Integrations between ServiceNow and Workday. This long term consultant position is required to assist with analysis, drive the requirement workshops, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios and task and workflow analysis, as required to produce the specifications. Work with the HR and Technology team for assessment, build and test the Integrations between Workday and ServiceNow. It is imperative that you have a solid understanding to break the requirements into user stories that are suitable for iterative, incremental development. This position requires working with an offshore development team for the delivery of these integrations.
Skills Required:
* 5+ years of Workday HCM and Integration experience
* Prior knowledge of Integrating Workday with ServiceNow is huge plus
* Deep knowledge of Workday's Business Process Framework and Security
* 8-10 years of experience with HR and Technology
* Experience of using business analysis tools/techniques to design and deliver business change
* Strong engagement, communication and facilitation skills, including presentation and influencing skills
