As an Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible for Tier 1 level support for end users on TMS applications. What youll do on a typical day:

* Engages with operations teams to assist them in the best use logistics software.
* Assists with process and feature roll outs in coordination with other teams
* Investigate and resolve issues by taking corrective actions or contacting the correct group.
* Performs basic application troubleshooting by reviewing data and logs
* Provides detailed problem reports to engineering to resolve technical issues.
* Works with product and engineering teams on feature recommendations to will reduce support cases
* Makes configuration changes to change system behavior
* Resolves problems by making data-related changes as needed.
* Creates and maintains user and support documentation

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, youll need:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
* 1 year of technical experience in support of applications.
* Experience with Microsoft Office.

Itd be great if you also have:

* Ability to communicate effectively and translate IT speak to what end users can understand
* Strong aptitude for understanding and analyzing large amounts of data from multiple sources.
* Ability to perform complex analysis of data, processes, policies, procedures and/or systems.
* Ability to develop insightful, value-added and actionable analyses with detailed explanations regarding drivers of those results.
* Aptitude to compose thorough and detailed written technical documentation, procedures, manuals, etc.
