Facebook is seeking an experienced Product Partnerships professional who is passionate about the way Facebook Inc. can work with businesses to drive real-world outcomes. The role on the Product Partnerships team will focus on consumer products provide direction and execute on partner strategies that bring value to both consumer product groups and global developer ecosystems. Sitting on the Product Partnerships team, this person will be responsible for establishing and managing strategic internal relationships with key business stakeholders, regional partner management teams and will work with our world-class Facebook App product and engineering teams to ship the best and most innovative products. The person will also work cross-functionally with the policy, legal, marketing, PR and operations to optimize new capabilities, improve user experience, and ensure our partners are successful. The right person is a self-starter with experience working with product and engineering teams who loves to drive unique partnership and product solutions. She/he will be responsible for understanding partner and product value exchange, identifying opportunities, and driving measurable results. The ideal candidate has a strategic mindset, relationship-focused approach, and strong communication skills.
Product Partnerships Manager, Consumer Products & Ecosystems Responsibilities
* Provide direction and execute on strategies across the product partner lifecycle including: partner ecosystem strategy, partner inbound, product adoption, some account management, scaled onboarding and product growth.
* Help drive product strategy through partnerships with leading vertical developers, consumer apps and platform partners.
* Define partner integration requirements, produce qualitative and quantitative analysis of product performance, aggregate feedback, explore new strategic opportunities, inform and prioritize critical partners product needs, and ensure product and industry impact both country-by-country and globally.
* Partner with Product Marketing to plan and lead alpha/beta partner integration testing with Global Partnerships teams to feed early insights back to Product that accelerate product-market fit.
* Partner with outbound marketing and sales to create partner marketing communications (including one-sheets, sales-facing enablement materials, etc.) to enable product growth.
* Set, track, analyze and communicate key partner performance metrics and business trends.
* Represent Facebook in external meetings with executives from other companies.
* Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, business development, partnerships, policy, legal, marketing, and PR to launch products and partnerships.
* Willingness and ability to travel 10-25% of the time.
Minimum Qualifications
* BA or BS Degree
* 5+ years of work experience in product partnerships, product management, product marketing, strategy, consulting, and/or technical experience in consumer technology companies. Includes 5+ years of related partner or partner facing experience
* Internal and external communication development and presentation
* Experience defining, developing and leading product programs from strategy to operations
* Experience working with product or engineering teams and understanding of product development lifecycle
* Collaboration and relationship-building experience with experience developing working relationships at all levels of management, both inside and outside Facebook
* Experience defining, develop and lead complex projects in a fast-paced, changing environment
