* Initiate outgoing wires and ACH payments
* Receive EFTs in the banking system
* Reconcile daily bank activity
* Prepare check deposits and post transactions to the general ledger
* Process positive pay and ACH fraud filter
* Reconcile monthly bank accounts to the general ledger
* Provide general accounting support to U.S. district offices
* Participate in month end close
* Track and prepare unclaimed property reports
* Review district profit and loss statements monthly
* Projects as assigned
Qualifications
* BA/BS in Accounting
* Minimum 1 year relevant work experience preferred
* Experience with account reconciliations
* Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment with deadlines
* Intermediate Excel skills
* Ability to work individually and as part of a team
* Knowledge of US GAAP
