As an Inbound, Appointment Specialist you will respond to customers request for home improvement estimates and assist in scheduling their consultation.
As a Member Resolution Specialist-Technical Support you are responsible for providing technical support for HVAC inquiries that includes troubleshooting member issues and scheduling HVAC service and/or sales calls as appropriate.
The Outbound, Appointment Specialist is responsible for qualifying and setting required appointments for the sales force.
