The Team:
The Senior Logistics Analyst is part of the distribution services team and is responsible for supporting the US DC Networks through data analytics, root cause analysis, solution implementation.

The Opportunity:
The Senior Logistics Analyst is responsible for gathering and analyzing data related to DTC and DC operations to determine areas for improvement and identifying root causes. The Sr. Logistics Analyst will propose solutions and drive corrective actions within the DC Network.

What Your Impact Will Be:

* Gather, analyze, and propose improvements/ solutions related to DTC, DC functions, and DC layout and optimization.
* Create tools needed to gather and analyze data and uncover root causes.
* Analyze and communicate content on performance metrics/KPIs to internal and external stakeholders.
* Create, track, and monitor capital projects related to US DCs and DTC
* Communicate and implement root cause corrective actions within the DC network.
* Ability to attend work regularly and on a timely manner
* Able to perform work accurately and efficiently
* Ability to operate a computer with Microsoft Office software and learn various programs
* Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned by your manager or supervisor

What We're Looking For:
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

* Bachelors Degree in supply chain, logistics, data analytics or a related field
* 3 or more years related experience in logistics, transportation, operations, supply chain, or related field

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

* Excellent data analytics, problem-solving, reasoning, and influencing skills.
* Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Programs including Excel, Access / SQL preferred.
* High brainpower, high horsepower and high standard of excellence.
* Able to flourish in a fast pace, high volume environment.
* Self-directed, self-motivated, motivated to develop and grown.
* Able to collaborate with internal and external customers and partners at all organizational levels.
* Able to effectively communicate verbally and in written form internal and external customers and partners at all organizational levels.
* Able to effectively interpret and communicate analysis and results throughout the organization.
