Front End Product (FEP) Service Business Unit is seeking an ambitious candidate who has strong technical background (preferably FEP semiconductor equipment in the areas of hardware, process engineering), digital tool analytics knowledge, as well as solid business acumen. This person will work closely with the BU product group, Engineering teams, Marketing, and the Field operations/Sales teams to lead service product development/releases and develop go-to-market strategies to continue to grow the business. The candidate should have a passion for technical program management and possess strong communication skills; this is a strategic role and will suit someone who can drive growth in partnership with a cross-functional team.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, penetrate and manage service products to grow service revenue
* Defines market requirements by collaborating with internal and external customers
* Collaborates with Engineering to develop solutions to solve our customers HVP.
* Technical program management
* Engage in new product design cycle to ensure after-sale support planning and service growth strategy is included from initial concept through final product release.
Requirements
* ~10+ years of work experience with semiconductor equipment and process strongly preferred, but not required
* Technical BS degree required. MBA, Masters or PhD preferred
* Experience in technical roles (product/customer support, process development, engineering project management) required
