Introduction
Perform project and program management for IBM Cloud for Data Center Operations

The Project Manager uses compliance knowledge, operational and technical skills to support enterprise project objectives. The Project Manager, under management supervision, will coordinate projects related, but not limited to, various control assessments as required to create and manage tasks, deliverables, accumulation and archival of evidence, report on findings, and develop action plans. This will include collaboration with team members across Facilities, Trust & Assurance, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Information Services, Networking, Development, Security Operations Center, and Platform Security. The Project Manager will participate in department initiatives and special projects as assigned.

Key areas of responsibility:
* Coordination of tasks related to execution of various control assessments
* Participate is scope definition, requirements gathering, gap assessments, and the collection and archival of project collateral in collaboration with management, project sponsors, product owners, architects, project team and other stakeholders
* Support multiple initiatives simultaneously
* Support and document resolution of project issues
* Identify and track project risks and dependencies
* Supply input to progress reports, issues/action item logs, and presentations
* Provides input to regular status reporting to management and other stakeholders on project health, progress, issues, and risks
* Escalate any recognized changes in project scope and potential crises
* Participate in project post mortems and make recommendations for continuous improvement in project execution and delivery
* Foster best practices and tools for project execution and management
* Promote a risk-aware culture, ensure efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices by adhering to required standards and processes
* Other duties as assigned

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
* High School Diploma/GED
* 1-3 years experience in managing, tracking and reporting progress on multiple projects simultaneously including issues, risks and change management concepts.
* Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment.
* Experience with MS Office products (Excel, Project, Visio).

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
* Bachelor's Degree
* PMP or similar project management certification.
* 5 years experience in managing, tracking and reporting progress on multiple projects simultaneously including issues, risks and change management concepts.
* Experience with task management and automation tools (i.e. ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence).
