As the IT Business System Analyst you will be a team member on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Agile product line team. Primary responsibilities include requirements/process flow definition documentation (user stories), test and deployment strategies, and management of scope change and project issues. Responsibilities also include decision making, risk assessment, task prioritization/assignment, communication, problem/issue/conflict resolution, customer service, and client relations. Exhibits an understanding of business, process optimization and integration, project management, and business process improvement best practices. As part of the Agile team, you would be highly engaged in all aspects of the agile cadence including; daily scrums, refinement sessions, planning sessions, retrospectives, sprint reviews, etc. Assists with or participates in and/or provides guidance for small-large scale assignments with minimal direction from senior staff.

Essential Job Functions & Tasks:

1. Analyzing processes, problems, trends, and strategies to assist in the development and implementation of technical solutions that achieve business goals.
2. Contributing to the execution of IT projects with a focus on requirement development and management. Focus for the Supply BSA is on technical requirements of the project, testing, and completing solution delivery.
3. Managing customer/IT relationships advocating toward solutions which return high value to the organization.
4. Communicating to present ideas and influence people.
5. Understanding and adheres to processes and standards which apply to daily work.
6. Utilizing collective skills to elicit and communicate business drivers.
7. Working closely with our product owners and SMEs to write IT user stories for development teams to implement.
8. Utilizing systems including Oracle CRM Cloud applications; Service, Engagement, Knowledge, OAC and Eloqua

Minimum Requirements BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

IT Business Systems Analyst Sr.:

Education requirements are listed below:

* Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as computer science, information systems, or business
* OR Associate's degree with two years of related experience
* OR high school diploma/GED with four years of related experience.
* Related work experience includes business process analysis, IT project initiation work, and liaison between business unit and IT organization.

Work Experience requirement listed below:

Minimum of seven years of related experience in addition to any years of experience as noted above.

* Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as computer science, information systems, or business
* OR Associate's degree with two years of related experience
* OR high school diploma/GED with four years of related experience.
* Related work experience includes business process analysis, IT project initiation work, and liaison between business unit and IT organization.

Work Experience requirement listed below:

Minimum of nine years of related experience in addition to any years of experience as noted above.
