Communications is made up of 50+ colleagues who work in teams on executive visibility, colleague engagement, internal & external communications, social media, colleague engagement, recognition and more!

WHAT YOULL BE DOING
As the department intern, you will work with an awesome group of professionals who write informative, engaging communications for colleagues; create digital content, plan & host virtual meetings, support our social media presence and more! You will have the opportunity to develop your professionalism and creativity in ways that you can apply in school or in a business setting.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Partnering with team members on special projects
Helping promote why Citizens is a great place to work
Advocating use of our corporate recognition platform/app
Writing, editing and proofreading communications
Researching for projects
Providing feedback/creative ideas
Creating PowerPoint presentations
Updating excel spreadsheets
Creating meeting agendas
Participating in development opportunities

Qualifications

What youll need to apply

* Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Public Relations, Creative Writing or other related major
* Expected graduation date of May 2022
* Minimum GPA of 3.0 required

Hours and Work Schedule:

Hours per week: 30 hours

Work schedule: 8:30am-4:30pm, Monday - Thursday
