Job Summary:

The Quality Training Sr. Specialist Client Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of learning, management, and execution of the Training Quality System to personnel within Cell Therapy. Specifically, this person oversees systems and processes for the intake, development, delivery, and tracking of learning for their respective functional business clients. They support the technical administration of platforms to manage and deliver content to personnel within the organization.

This role will be interacting and supporting CTDO functions at our Dexter (Seattle) locations from a Training Quality systems perspective. Specifically, partnering with different functions (i.e. Supply Chain, MS&T) to determine training curricula for personnel in their functions, conducting training needs analysis, intaking training program development requests, and at times, developing and delivering training.

* Job Responsibilities:
* Intake, develop solutions, and track fulfillment of technical issues and requests related to Learning Management and Content Management
* Intake, develop, deliver, and track the effectiveness of learning solutions
* Act as learning design consultant with other teams within CTDO to identify their learning problems, explore options, and guide them toward the best solution for the performance need.
* Understand current trends and research in the Learning and Development industry and share your expertise with others, on topics such as learning objectives, social learning, mobile learning, motivation and assessment.
* Support blended learning approach by creating classroom materials in tandem with e-learning.
* Partner with functional business units, cross site training functions, and corporate learning functions to manage and support learning and content in multiple platforms
* Support internal and external audits and health authority inspections
* Develop and deliver system reporting technologies and processes
* Technical administration of Learning Management and Content Management Systems

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor in an instructional design, computer science, or related field.
* Masters degree preferred
* 7+ years experience in pharma/bio-tech or similar regulated industry, preferably with manufacturing, laboratory, or quality function.
* Demonstrated excellence in written, verbal communication, and client management
* Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and to develop and maintain strong business partner relationship
