The Prime team is looking for a senior product leader to build and operate an exciting and innovative new initiative that will transform the Prime program and Amazon’s future. As Senior Product Manager, you will own the roadmap of brand new Prime innovation to deliver a world class customer experience. You will identify, define, and build new programs and product features. You will partner closely with your tech, science and marketing partners to build and optimize these products globally.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 5+ years of relevant experience in business and product management
· Bachelor's degree

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· MBA or other relevant advanced degree
· User experience, customer insights, or design thinking experience, particularly with problem solving on early-stage web or mobile product development
· Experience in Marketing, working on Marketing products and/or programs
· Experience managing or working closely with technology teams, in particular remotely
· Proven experience launching high impact, complex products in a highly matrixed environment
· Expert at creating "working backwards documents" and plans
· Experience managing a product/program
· Significant experience using data to drive decision-making
· Proven ability to communicate persuasively and to influence others, particularly amongst senior stakeholder
