Gekko is here to improve the selling process as a platform that enables HP BUs to sell, support, and revoke access to first and third-party software and services offers by acting as the seller of record. As seller of record, HP manages the customer data and transaction directly.
As a Product Manager on this team, you will work with several HP BUs to understand and outline their customer journey experience and provide the necessary details for the software development team to bring that plan to life. Periodically, youll work with end-customers (consumer, SMB & Enterprise) to better understand their needs first-hand. You will work with BU representatives to understand specific business requirements to deliver innovative product features & solutions for target-customers. You will identify and scope opportunities for new capabilities; collaborate with engineering, design and business units to the business requirement. You will manage product development lifecycle by collaborating with engineering, design, content and quality assurance teams to scope, build, launch and maintain assigned features/ functional areas. You will also analyze the performance of your features, monitor feedback from customers and take actions to further improve it.
Responsibilities:
* Define and document global product specifications/ requirements
* Lead the creation & development of product features & solutions in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders
* Manage the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning ideation to tactical execution implementation and stabilization, followed by monitoring customer feedback & bringing it back to the team
* Directly interact with product engineering team, BU-s, internal customers/stakeholders and feed the input back into the product backlog
* Prioritize the product backlog and ensure delivery by scrum team and other relevant stakeholders
* Work in accordance with agile development models (Scrum, LEAN)
* Communicate with management and senior executives stakeholders about product requirements, direction, development and launch management, and provide metrics on performance against goals
* Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
* Support solution design and integration, define user acceptance testing, and provide post implementation support to stakeholders and end-users
* Collaborate with wider team on project milestones and provide organizational management and stakeholders with periodic and relevant updates
Education and Experience Required:
* BA or BS degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or Computer Science.
* Prior product management experience preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
* Organization and program management skills.
* Ability to link interactive plans and activities to business results.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent teamwork skills
* Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
* Experience working with Azure DevOps (ADO) and/or JIRA
* Knowledge of SAP S4/ SAP BRIM is a plus

The estimated range of compensation for this job at the time of this posting is $107,100 - $130,900. This position may be eligible for incentive pay, for openings where this is applicable.
