Sourcing Manager, Talent Acquisition (Manager, Talent Acquisition)
This role will be based in ideal locations of Indianapolis, IN; Mason, OH; Atlanta, GA; or Norfolk, VA.

Responsible for overseeing the execution of a functional talent acquisition strategy, as outlined by the Director Talent Acquisition Operations. Be the centralized leader & sourcing strategist for TA ops by researching, ideating and constantly improving sourcing efforts by consistently evaluating trends, processes and procedures. Lead a team of Talent Sourcers; provide leadership to ensure team members are performing optimally.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Leads a team of sourcers to empower them to execute against functional goals by effectively managing the teams performance and providing subject matter expert guidance.
Coach and develop a team of sourcers around business / industry knowledge, effective search execution, and creation of high quality candidate slates.
Develop teams ability to identify candidates from relevant networks, online and internal databases, employee referrals and passive candidates through networking and research.
Manage the sourcing process, ensuring a satisfying and positive candidate experience.
Analyze and communicate sourcing trends, results and insights to drive future sourcing activity, improve compliance and reduce risk.
Track metrics and pipeline activity as well as manage reporting. Understand KPIs and SLAs and monitor service delivery against them. Compile & analyze data and metrics to support business decisions and plans as necessary.
Partner with Diversity & Inclusion team to optimize Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) partner relationships and sourcing strategy.
Monitor and manage all team activity on a continuous basis, ensuring appropriate distribution of workloads across the team.
Research and target new talent sourcing channels, constantly working to uncover new hidden talent pools.
Build efficiencies in the Sourcing process by exploring and implement new Sourcing tools and systems.
Serve as the Sourcing Subject Matter Expert partner and liaison to TA and Enterprise COEs.
Facilitate and lead meetings, key initiatives and projects with sourcing team and business units.

Increased internal customers satisfaction based on sourcing feedback/surveys.

Qualifications

Requires a BA degree in HR related field and/or marketing or communications field; Masters' degree preferred.
6 plus years of talent sourcing and talent selection, with at least five (5) years leading talent acquisition or HR teams preferably with a large national or global corporation or equivalent in a Recruiting Firm or Recruitment Process Outsourcing Company; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
In-depth knowledge of the talent acquisition landscape in health insurance industry preferred.
Experience in developing talent pipelines and communities.
Expertise using a variety of sourcing tools, processes & techniques.
Experience using Market Insights and/or Talent Intelligence tools.
Project Management experience preferred.
